Seat cover or just leather wipe weakly ?

Would a seat cover inter fear with the air bags ?
Also do Volvo do any seat covers ?
It seems a shame to cover the lovely seats but mine get so dirty being a mechanic and i wear jeans all the time which ,so ive heard, are the worst material to wear with these seats.
Either that or any good leather wipe makes out there any one would recommend ?

What about getting one of those seat covers you get in a garage for work? When you drive to work I would assume you are clean. Put it on the seat at work, drive home dirty. When you get in again clean remove...!?

There are some covers which only cover the sections you sit on. The sides are then left open. So there is no effect on the sidebags...

I started a thread on this about a month ago,i drive a wagon and my uniform gets dirty doing trailer swaps. There are seat covers about that have a split in the side for the airbag, but non of them are particulary attractive and definately do not match an r-design black and cream interior.Guess i'll just have to keep replacing the white plastic valet covers every week im using right now.

Well, you could just impregnate the leather so that dirt can be washed off with water (damp cloth). I know a company here in Germany that offers "leather care products" when can seal the surface and therefore prevent dirt to get into the material.

This may sound a silly question but why dont you just change your trousers before driving the car or at least slip a pair of lightweigt trousers over your jeans for the drive to and from work?
