For those of you hating the black shark-fin.... from week 10 (production that is) it comes in carcolour. So I was told by my local Volvo dealer. Anyone knows if this is true?????

My C30: 2.0D, Passion red, Momentum. Expected wk 14.....

Cool, another passionate red C30 on the Dutch roads - already 4 and counting ;-)

Would be nice if this it can be car-painted though!

Production of mine is in week 8 and delivery I hope in week 10..

So will be too late for me.. But rather have my C30 finally...

Someone have heard of this that the shark-fin will be in color as from week 10?

Have asked my Volvo dealer but he hasn't hear of it..

I was in the Volvo showroom today and S80's appear to have the fin painted. It also looks to be the same size as the C30.

So do S40's sold here. I've noticed it on a couple of them that I have seen lately. Personally, it doesn't worry me either way.

Hot news straight from the factory in Gent!
I've just got confirmation from one of my colleagues here that the bodycoloured sharkfin will be introduced as from the end of this week !!!

P.S. Yes !!! After 2500 km I finally removed the wooden block from
beneath my gas-trottle ... From now on I can start using the 220 HP !!!
I tried it this morning and the experience is SUPER !!!

Is this also for the Kinetix model. Don't know how it's called in the UK..

The Kinetic also has no mirrors in the bodycolor so I fear the shark-fin will stay in black also for this model?.

NewsFlash !!!

ALL sharkfins come in bodycolour as from this week !!!
The bodycolour for the mirrors is indeed optional!
