intermittent problem

Hi all,

My little C30 is suffering slightly with an internittent problem and i was wondering if anyone else was having a similar issue.

What is happeneing is that i get a message saying 'On Call Service Required' and the in car phone no longer works. This first happened a few months ago for a day or two and then went away on it's own, although i still took it to the dealership to get checked out, they updated the sat nav but could find no issue as such and all has been well since.

However, yesterday the same thing happened again and it is yet to sort itself out. Has anybody else seen this?? Is there a way of resetting the On Call that anyone may know of??

It's still a great car though.

welcome to the forum mrbishi. it's a shame your first post has to be a problem.

unfortunately i don't have on call and there appears to be zero info in my owners manual. as this is the second time this has happened to you, i'd get it sorted by the dealer and as this is something you're subscribing to it should be working perfectly.

ps we need details and pics of your chariot.
