Hmm. Sadly, since they tracked him to the wonderful criminal paradise of Massachusetts, unless he leaves his driver's license on a dead body, he's not likely to ever see a court room. Police here are too busy busting kids who bring rifle casings to school after Memorial Day ceremonies.

(Nothing against police officers, I have many friends who are good officers and I hold Deputy Sheriff credentials myself. It's the political environment here where they would rather harass legal businesses and lawful gun owners than actually put criminals behind bars. The state just spent several millions of dollars in new computers to help keep track of firearm licenses. You know, the license program which has been in place since the 1930's and which not one person can claim has helped solve a SINGLE criminal case.)

But I digress....

Oh ChrisS, don't go bashing Massachusetts. Every state has it's trashy areas and look, this guy was around the Brockton area. What else would you expect?? I do agree with you for the most part, but MA has nothing to do with what this guy is doing and it's not like we rank highest in any kind of crime currently that I know of. In fact I believe Boston (and MA overall) for it's size is very low on the crime scale. But I'm not disputing the points you make, just the connection or the fact that it's because of the state that this guy operates here. Don't these kinds of crime rise above state jurisdiction anyway? I mean he kind of performed the crime out of state, right? I'd think the FBI or someone like that would be the ones to investigate this and it wouldn't be for MA to say if he is convicted or not, right?

ChrisS,

I was driving down to MN last week when I came across on old beat up 80's Chrylsler with Walmart roof racks and old blue and amber lights bolted to it. My wife and I got a chuckle out of it and when I passed him, he had Deputy Sheriff stickers on the door and he had on a Deputy Sheriff uniform. Any idea what's up with that???

Yeah. Minnesotans are insane. I think it's the 51 weeks of Winter.

I love when these guys get caught and busted. Anyone read about the guy who was missing two fingers who tried to steal a Skyline in Canada and was caught? Priceless.
