Looks like you can get some inexpensive aluminum rims, starting as low as 78 dollars a wheel.

Check with your dealer about steel rims. Sometimes they have them for as low as 35 bucks a piece.

Wow, I was about to post something asking the same thing. I think I want 17's but Tire rack doesn't have any C30 stuff, so I just search under the 06' S40. They have 18's for 89$ reg 150 i think. But the tires are expensive!

I also looked for tires utilizing the FWD 07 S40 and found the Tire Rack had multiple size rims including 16's if that's what you want.

Huh.. small world. I grew up in Fayetteville and Marcellus, NY. So I understand Shomare's winter predicament first hand.. in CT I think I can get by with all-seasons. :)

I was curious about winter tires also, no one seems to have any info for the C30. Our C30 2.0 should be here the any day and I want to get some winter tires/rims for it. One of the questions on one of the tire websites asked about the tire air pressure sensors for the aftermarket rims. Are these needed / neccessary?

Just put winter rims and tires on. Getting a message about the TPMS on the computer, since I dont have sensors on the winter rims. Do I need to have the sensors put on the wheels, or is there way I can turn off the system until I put the originals rims back on in the spring?

Maybe find out if the TPMS has a dedicated fuse. If so, maybe you can pull it.

what's on each fuse is/should be listed at the back of your owner manual.
