The first pictures are from our summerhouse in "Smögen" at the westcoast.
And the last one from "Värmland" there our cousins lives.

A few shots from last night's experiment. This is my first time doing night shooting and I am pleased so far. The East Texas night started well for the pictures, but a high haze layer settled in shortly after these.

Thanks! I typically do some editing with Photoshop, but nothing drastic, just cropping, straightening, and SLIGHT color correction. The last set, the night shots, were only put in PS to reduce their size for the internet. I use a Nikon D5000 DSLR, with two different lenses (for now) an 18-55mm wide angle and a 75-200mm telephoto. IMHO, its not the camera that makes the photo, its the photographer. I've taken a million pictures that I didn't like, or didn't turn out well with the DSLR, while I've seen some amazing shots with a regular point and shoot camera. Its a learning process and each time I take a picture, I learn something else about the art/science that is photography. It's my hobby, it's how I relax, see new sights, and meet cool people.

Took a few shots over the past couple of nights, we have had clouds/ monsoon weather the past week and a few are from my trip to Jerome last sunday.
the ONLY good thing i can say about arizona is that it has some of the most beautiful skies i have ever seen
